Slippery conditions
The snowfall over the last week has caused several accidents in Wyandot County, including one Thursday morning involving a truck that came to a rest on its side. Pictured are Upper Sandusky EMTs treating Shae Culver, the driver of the vehicle. According to a report from the Bucyrus Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Culver, 26, was driving northbound on U.S. 23 at an unsafe speed for the conditions when she lost control and went off the left side of the road. She struck a guardrail, spun off the road and the vehicle rolled onto its side. Culver was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control. She was taken to Wyandot Memorial Hospital, where she was treated and released.
