Upper chief Hollis put on paid leave

Upper Sandusky Police Chief Robert Hollis has been put on paid administrative leave.
The action, which was official as of 9 a.m. Monday, was confirmed by the actions of the safety committee Wednesday night and Upper Sandusky Mayor Scott Washburn.
