Two nights of laughter
First Citizens National Bank and Elks Lodge No. 83 are sponsoring Wyandot Memorial Hospital's ninth annual comedy night at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Comedy night to benefit WMH
Comedian Mike Green is headlining Wyandot Memorial Hospital's ninth annual comedy night at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Upper Sandusky Elks Lodge.
The event's major sponsor is First Citizens National Bank, with co-sponsorship by the Elks BPOE No. 83. Additional donations have been received from Frederick Bros. IGA, Marty's IGA, McEldowny BP, Thiel's Wheels and Wilson Tire.
Local retired physician Dr. K.K. Solacoff will emcee the program and music will be provided by Fritz and The Kid. The Elks Lodge provides a cash bar for the non-smoking event, and guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend.
Reserved seating tickets for the Friday performance are $15 per person, with all proceeds going to help WMH purchase new equipment to benefit patients. Saturday's event already has been sold out.

MEDINA - Discount Drug Mart, an Ohio-owned and operated drug chain, recently announced the launch of The Caregivers Marketplace program.
The program is a free and confidential cash-back program designed to help family caregivers save money on products used daily in home care that are not typically covered by insurance or Medicare.

U.S. Bureau of Census requests economic census forms back
Right now, more than 4 million American businesses, including 350 businesses in Wyandot County, have their 2007 Economic Census forms in front of them.
The forms, which were mailed in December, are due Feb. 12, 2008.
All companies that have received a form are required by law to complete and return it. The data that is taken from the census helps support both local and national public policy and business decisions.
