COLUMBUS — The Ohio State Highway Patrol recently announced the winners of its 2012 leadership awards.
Employees of the Bucyrus District of the OSP won several district honors. District Trooper of the Year went to Mark A. Menendez, of the Marion post. Pamela J. Hershberger, of the Bucyrus Dispatch Center, won District Dispatcher of the Year, while Bryan L. Butler, of the Bucyrus District Investigations, won the district trooper recognition award.

The district employee recognition award went to Carolyn M. Rosario, an administrative professional, of the Bucyrus District headquarters.
Top honors included OSP Trooper of the Year Shawn D. Cook, of the Van Wert post; and Dispatcher of the Year Amy M. Zatvarnicky, of the Warren Dispatch Center.
