Upper junior high teams pick up victories

The Upper Sandusky junior high volleyball teams swept Bucyrus on Tuesday.
The Rams won the seventh grade match, 25-6, 25-19, and were victorious in the eighth grade match, 25-8, 25-11.

The Upper Sandusky eighth grade football team netted 337 yards of total offense against Crestline on Tuesday en route to a 36-14 win.

Offensively for the Rams: Shane Pack, 2 punt returns for 72 yards, TD; Noah Dible, 6 carries for 86 yards, 1 of 4 passing for 9 yards; Wesley Vent, 3 carries for 130 yards, 1 catch for 9 yards, 2 TDs; Tristan Davis, 3 carries for 30 yards, TD; Matt Luikart, Noah Frey and Santana King combined for 19 yards.
Defensively for the Rams: Sam Musgrave, 6 tackles; King, 6 tackles; Vent, 3 tackles, 3 sacks; Pack, 5 tackles, 1 sack; Frey, 3 tackles; Dalton Foos, 3 tackles; Nick Bay, INT; Davis, INT; Luikart, Wyatt Eigel and Gabe Sayre combined for 5 tackles.
