An abandoned bicycle was found behind John Stewart United Methodist Church on the morning of May 3. An officer picked up the item and held it until the owner could claim it.
Mohammed Sow, of Cincinnati, and Abdullahi Ahmed Warfa, of Shakopee, Minn., were involved in a non-injury accident at Pilot on the morning of May 3.
Officers conducted a welfare check on a subject left in a vehicle that was not running at Fairhaven Community on the morning of May 3. Contact was made with the subject.
A junk motor vehicle in the 300 block of Keller Court was reported on the morning of May 3. Photos were taken of the vehicle, which had two flat tires and the cab was filled with garbage bags. A 10-day notice was completed.
A suspicious person in the 300 block of Summit Street was reported on the afternoon of May 3. Contact was made with the subject, who was on his cell phone and cursing.
Corianne M. Schultz, of Harpster, was issued a written warning on the evening of May 3 for failure to display while at the intersection of North Third and Bigelow streets.
Rachel Ekleberry, of Upper Sandusky, was cited on the evening of May 3 for no operator’s license.
A woman in the 500 block of South Warpole Street reported telephone harassment on the evening of May 3. The complaint was regarding a subject claiming to be a lawyer working to collect owed funds. Contact with the subject was attempted, but with no success.
A disturbance in the 300 block of Keller Court was reported on the night of May 3 regarding a woman yelling and possibly abusing a child while using foul language. Contact was made with the subject, but the child appeared to be OK.
Menacing in the 900 block of Eulalia Avenue was reported on the night of May 3. An Upper Sandusky resident reported another Upper Sandusky resident said he was going to harm her. Contact was made with the subject, who wanted a restraining order against the complainant.
Joseph R. Thiel, of Upper Sandusky, was cited for speed (50/35) while in the 100 block of South Sandusky Avenue on the night of May 3.
An abandoned 911 call from Westbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care was received on the early morning of May 4. A resident thought four men were outside her room, but no one was there and the resident calmed down.
Jason L. Moll, of Upper Sandusky, had charges of disorderly conduct by intoxication signed against him on the early morning of May 4, while in the 500 block of North Eighth Street.
Colin C. Pneuman, of Upper Sandusky, was issued a parking ticket for parking where sign prohibits in the 100 block of East Wyandot Avenue on the early morning of May 4.
A barking dog in the 400 block of West Hicks Street was reported on the early morning of May 4. Upon patrol, no dog was heard.
