Gregory L. Garber, of Upper Sandusky, was given a written warning for speed on the afternoon of April 1 in the area of Raybestos Drive and Berry Street.
Donna L. Gimlich, of Bloomville, was given a written warning for speed on the afternoon of April 1, while on East Wyandot Avenue near CH 182.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Duck Pond Road and CH 121 regarding gun shots on the evening of April 1. Contact was made with the shooter at a small range.
A room light was reported to be on in South School on the night of April 1. Officers attempted to contact a keyholder, but received no response.
An officer was asked by a Wyandot Counseling Associates employee to do a check on the building on the early morning of April 2. The building was secure.
A barking dog in the 700 block of South Seventh Street was reported on the early morning of April 2. A yellow door hanger was left at the residence, advising the owner of the complaint.
An open door at Fox’s Garage was reported on the early morning of April 2. Officers and a Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office deputy searched the building, but found no one inside. Items appeared to be in normal condition.

Identity theft was reported on a Toledo resident on the afternoon of April 4. While entering information following a traffic stop on April 3, the driver’s name came up as another. It was learned the subject had changed his name.
Breaking and entering of vehicles in the 13000 block of TH 83 near Forest was reported on the afternoon of April 3. The vehicles were both in a garage and nothing was found to be missing.
Deputies assisted the Upper Sandusky Police Department on a traffic stop where Tommy B. German, of Warren, was arrested for driving under suspension on the night of April 3.
Richard A. Scheitler, of Upper Sandusky, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Wyandot County Juvenile Court on the night of April 3. He failed to comply with child support orders pursuant to Ohio Revised Code and was transported to Wyandot County Jail.
Two children were reported to be locked in a vehicle on Ohio 96 in Richland Township near Wharton on the afternoon of April 4. The vehicle was able to be unlocked and the kids were OK.
Leslie M. Brown, of Wharton, was placed under arrest for OVI on the night of April 4 following a traffic crash on U.S. 23 at the Ohio 53 exit ramp.
