Michael I. Baker, of Galion, and Alisha J. Kyser, of New Bloomington, were both charged with open container following a traffic stop on U.S. 23 Southbound near CH 50 on the evening of March 24. Baker also was charged with OVI and window tint.

A resident in the 500 block of North Eight Street reported her 16-year-old son missing on the early morning of March 25. The juvenile was found to be unruly, but he did return.
Jason K. Cornish, of Upper Sandusky, was involved in a non-injury accident at Drink and Deli on the night of March 29. There was no damage reported.
Mark J. Klee, of Upper Sandusky, was involved in a non-injury accident in the area of North Eighth and Walker streets on the evening of March 30. His vehicle was hit by an unknown vehicle that left the scene. Details of the possible vehicle were given.
A resident in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue was reported for kicking a dog on the evening of March 30. Contact was made with the resident, who was advised he could face criminal charges for mistreating dogs.
