Upper Sandusky Police Department
Damage to a vehicle in the 400 block of South Sandusky Avenue was reported on the afternoon of March 25. The complainant said an unknown subject broke his passenger side mirror.
Yanet Vargas-Manjarrez, of Upper Sandusky, was cited for window tint, no operator’s license and possession of fictitious identification following a stop for window tint on U.S. 23 at Ohio 199 North on the evening of March 25. Immigration Custom Enforcement was contacted and placed a detainer on her to be picked up after taking care of the charges.
The smell of burned marijuana was reportedly coming from a residence in the 100 block of North Eighth Street on the evening of March 25.
An officer assisted Upper Sandusky Emergency Medical Services with a lift at Riddlehaven Apartments on the night of March 25. A female subject fell and cut her leg.
A vehicle was reported stolen on the night of March 25, while at Bob Evans. The vehicle was put into Law Enforcement Agencies Data System and a description of the suspects were given.
Theft from a motor vehicle at Arby’s was reported on the night of March 25. A car was broken into through the passenger side window. A description of the items taken was given.
Heather L. Massey, of Nevada, was arrested by the Galion Police Department on the afternoon of March 27 on a warrant out of the Upper Sandusky Municipal Court. She was transported to a meeting point and an officer took control of her and transported her to the Wyandot County Jail. The charges were not listed in the report.
