County winner

Upper Sandusky High School junior Scott Warfel was the Wyandot County winner in this year’s Congressional Art Competition. Warfel competed against students in 10 other counties in the district for a chance to have his art work displayed at the U.S. Capitol for one year. Triad High School student Brandon Hardman won the district competition.
