Upper Sandusky Rotary Club President Jenny Romich (left) and member Rex Grasz plant flowers on Sandusky Avenue in downtown Upper Sandusky on Wednesday afternoon. The flowers were purchased by the city and Rotary Club members volunteered to plant them.
