SYCAMORE — Sally A. Howell, of Tiffin, died at 1 a.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at home. She was 64.
Born Aug. 15, 1947 in Bellevue, she was a daughter of Bruce and Clara (Brownell) Fleming. She married Thomas Schoenfeld on Dec. 3, 1966 and they later divorced. She then married the Rev. Roy Howell on Dec. 20, 1983 and he died June 21, 2009.
Mrs. Howell is survived by three children, Lisa L. Schoenfeld, Anaheim, Calif.; Brian (Lisa) Schoenfeld, Burgoon; and Thomas “T.J.” (Kay) Schoenfeld, Bascom; nine grandchildren; and brothers and sisters, Bruce Fleming, Berlin Heights; Sharon Mingus, Sandusky; Karen Lovekin, Wilmington, Del.; Benjamin Fleming, Norwalk; and Barry Fleming, Berlin Heights.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Bernard Fleming; and her parents.
A 1965 graduate of Berlin Heights High School, Mrs. Howell was an inspector at M-Tek Inc., Upper Sandusky, for 14 years.
She was a member of Bascom United Church of Christ.
Memorial services will be held at noon Saturday at Bascom United Church of Christ with the Rev. Jamie Kent officiating. Burial will take place at Castalia Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday at the church prior to the service.
