Walter, Upper Sandusky, turned himself in and was arrested on a warrant out of the Upper Sandusky Police Department the morning of June 28. Stephanie A. Crawford, Upper Sandusky, was cited for disorderly conduct by intoxication in the 500 block of Highland Parkway the evening of June 28. Brianna I. Spears, Lewis Center, was charged with possession of marijuana and hashish, cited for window tint and warned for failure to drive in marked lanes on U.S. 23 at CH 121 the night of June 28.
