Richard Wayne Buess Posted on August 24, 2019 0 FOREST — Richard Wayne Buess of Lynn, Indiana, died Aug. 22 at Randolph Nursing Home, Winchester, Indiana. He was 91. Visitation is 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday at Clark Shields Funeral Home, 301 S. Patterson St. Forest, OH. Funeral services will follow at noon at the funeral home with the Rev. Dennis Livingston officiating. Burial will follow at Wharton Richland Union Cemetery with Military Services conducted by McVitty VFW Post No. 1182, American Legion Post No. 259 both of Forest and AmVets Post No. 994 of Kenton.
