Spencer, age 64, of 4522 Ohio 231, Sycamore, died at 8:40 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019, at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Funeral services for Randy are 11 a.m. Thursday at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, with the Rev. Steve Sturgeon officiating. Burial will follow at Nevada Cemetery, Wyandot County. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Walton-Moore Funeral Home to cover funeral expenses, P.O. Box 350, Sycamore, OH 44882.
