A memorial service is 11 a.m. Dec. 14 at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Frank’s nephews the Rev. Mark Barth and the Rev. David Barth officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Military rites will be provided by American Legion Post 181. Memorials may be made to the American Legion Gifts for Yanks Fund or the donor’s choice. Expressions of sympathy may be left at www.munzpirnstill.com.
