Orel G. Liles, formerly of North Warpole Street, Upper Sandusky, died at 11:25 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012 at Fairhaven Community, Upper Sandusky. She was 94.
Born Sept. 12, 1918 in Salem Township, Wyandot County, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Carrie (Schlup) Schoenberger. She married Bert L. Liles on Oct. 6, 1940 and he died May 27, 2006.
Mrs. Liles is survived by nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Cleve C. Schoenberger; and a sister, Gail L. Baker.
A 1936 graduate of Wharton High School, Mrs. Liles retired after 29 years at Kimmel Cleaners Corp.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Upper Sandusky, and had been an associate member of First Presbyterian Church, Bonita Springs, Fla.
Mrs. Liles was a pianist and played for the enjoyment of others.
The funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Bringman-Clark Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. Kenneth Wessler officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3-6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the coronary care unit at Wyandot Memorial Hospital in care of Bringman-Clark Funeral Home, 226 E. Wyandot Ave., Upper Sandusky OH 43351.
