Helen Gribben

SYCAMORE - Helen M. Gribben, formerly of 210 S. Sycamore Ave., Sycamore, died at 7:05 p.m. Sunday, May 4, 2008 at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was 89.
Born Oct. 23, 1918 in Sycamore, she was a daughter of George R. and Viola (Shaffer) Rapp. She married George Gribben on April 23, 1938 and he died June 1, 2000.
Mrs. Gribben is survived by four daughters, Virginia Weinin7ger, Jean Konkle and Peggy Sandridge, all of rural Sycamore; and Jana Kuenzli, rural Nevada; 11 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, a great-granddaughter, two brothers, Claude and George Rapp; and three sisters, Gladys Walter, Mae Armatrout and Dorothy Forth.
Mrs. Gribben was a 1936 Sycamore High School graduate and graduate of a two-year business school in Marion. She was a homemaker and bookkeeper for the former Gribben’s Plumbing and Heating, Sycamore.
She was a member of Sycamore United Church of Christ.
She loved to read and bowl in leagues at Bowlmor Lanes, Sycamore.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, with the Rev. Keith DuVernay officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Sycamore. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Wedesnday at the funeral home.

Ronald Snyder

SYCAMORE - Ronald Snyder, McCutchenville, died at 12:35 p.m. Monday, May 5, 2008, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo. He was 69.
