Xaiver Diaz

Xaiver Arthur Diaz, Carey, died at St. Vincent Mercy Children’s Hospital, Natal Intensive Care Unit, in Toledo at 2:17 p.m. Thursday, April 3, 2008.
Born April 1, 2008 in Toledo, he was a son of Arthur and Cassandra J. (Middleton) Diaz. His parents survive in Carey.
Also surviving are maternal grandmother, Vickie Middleton, Carey; paternal grandmother, Sylvia Guzman, Carey; maternal great-grandmother, Eileen Middleton, Carey; and maternal great-grandfather, Robert Middleton, Findlay.
He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Arthur Diaz Jr.
Private family graveside services will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carey, with the Rev. Xavier Goulet OFM Conv. officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Xaiver Arthur Diaz Memorial Fund to assist the family with medical expenses. in care of Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, 225 W. Findlay St., Carey OH 43316.
