Kenneth Richardson

Former Upper Sandusky Mayor Kenneth E. Richardson died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012 at his Upper Sandusky residence surrounded by his family. He was 83.
Arrangements are pending with Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky.
