James C. “Jim” May Posted on May 19, 2017 0 CAREY — James C. “Jim” May of Vanlue died Tuesday, May 16, 2017 after a six-year battle with multiple myeloma cancer. He was 79. The funeral is at 1 p.m. Monday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey, with the Rev. Neil Norheim officiating. Burial and a graveside service with military rites will follow at Zion Bloom Cemetery, near Vanlue. Visitation is from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
