Harold Thiel Posted on July 6, 2016 0 Harold W. Thiel, of Upper Sandusky, died Monday, July 4, 2016 at his residence. He was 84. A graveside service is at 12 p.m. Thursday at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Kirby, with the Rev. J.R. Hadnagy officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Upper Sandusky Veterans Color Guard.
