Harold Foos Posted on March 17, 2023 0 Harold L. Foos, age 71, of Upper Sandusky, went home to with his Heavenly Father on March 14, 2023, in Fairhaven Community. Visitation is 10 a.m. to noon Monday at Bringman Clark Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at noon with Pastor Jerry Copley officiating. Interment will be in Old Mission Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home, 226 E. Wyandot Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
