Dolly Brown

CAREY — Dolly M. Brown, of Mount Blanchard, died at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012 at Birchaven Village, Findlay. She was 95.
Born June 11, 1917 in Marion County, she was a daughter of the late Asa M. and Florence V. (Knickel) Loper.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her husband, Fred W. Brown; and a stepsister, Betty J. Fetter Wade.
She was a graduate of Marion Harding High School. Mrs. Brown was a former employee of General Telephone Company of Ohio and the Singer Company.
Mrs. Brown had been a member of Marion First United Church of Christ and Calvary United Methodist Church.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Spring Grove Cemetery, Carey, with the Rev. William Schultz officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, 225 E. Findlay St., Carey OH 43316.
