Charles Truman Fulk Posted on November 28, 2016 0 FOREST — Charles Truman Fulk, of Findlay, died at 9:01 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, 2016 at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. He was 67. The funeral is at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest, with the Rev. Dennis Croy officiating. Burial will follow at Wharton-Richland Union Cemetery, with full military services being conducted by the Upper Sandusky Veterans Color Guard. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the ALS Association or Bridge Home Health Care in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home, 301 S. Patterson St., Forest OH 45843.
