Piper, age 68, of Kenton, peacefully left us at 2:40 a.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at her residence in Kenton with her family by her side. A celebration of life service with military honors is 12:30 p.m. Thursday at AMVETS Post 1994, Kenton. A visitation time of family and friends will follow the service at the AMVETS. It is the family’s wish the attire for the day be casual. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita’s Hospice and may be sent to Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, 476 S.
