B. Joann Culver Posted on June 20, 2019 0 B. Joann Culver, age 96, of Harpster, passed away at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky. Funeral services for Joann Culver will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky with the Rev. Brad McKibben officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitations will be held from 5-8 p.m. Thursday and one hour before service time Friday at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. Memorial contributions may be to 4-H, Harpster UMC or a charity of the donor’s choice, and can be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
