    So, your going to change the speed limit? That semi going over top of a golf cart at 35MPH is better than 45MPH. Will we be building that special golf cart path in all areas of the city? Maybe the residents who are affected need to change and not the rest of the city. Enforce the laws. I dont like driving 25MPH on warpole, can I get an exception so that I alone can drive 50MPH?
