Outages reported in county Posted on January 11, 2017 0 AEP Ohio reported outages throughout the state of Ohio due to a thunderstorm that produced strong winds and hail Tuesday night, with around eight customer outages in Wyandot County this morning. Outages were widespread throughout the state, with the hardest hit area being Lancaster County. AEP Ohio reported 3,781 total customer outages as of 9:46 a.m.
