Festival nets $36,240 for local school


The annual St. Peter’s School festival raised $58,360.86 on June 13-14, according to information from Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church.

After expenses totaling $22,120.42, the profit was $36,240.44.

It was the 34th year for the festival, principal Pat Anderson said.

Money raised at the festival goes directly to the school for operating expenses, Anderson said.
