Renee Mewhorter, of Upper Sandusky, and Dennie Uhl, of Williamstown, W.Va., exchanged wedding vows Tuesday, June 12, 2012 in Gatlinburg, Tenn. The Rev. Buddy Kemner officiated the 2:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is a daughter of Sandy Cahill, Tiffin, and Harold England Sr., Sycamore. The groom is a son of Patti and Neil Uhl, Williamstown.
One hundred guests from Ohio, West Virginia and Iowa attended the wedding.
A reception was held June 23 in Williamstown.
The new Mrs. Uhl is a 1998 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School and a 2002 graduate of Southern Ohio College, where she received an associate degree in medical assisting. She is an X-ray technician at Mid-Ohio Chiropractic.
The groom is a 1996 graduate of Williamstown High School, a 2000 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in education and a 2002 graduate of Marshall University with a Master of Science degree in education and athletic administration. He is a special education teacher at Columbian High School in Tiffin.
The couple honeymooned in Gatlinburg.
