Aerial Gwen Cox, of Bowling Green and formerly of Upper Sandusky, and Adam Jeffrey Frank, of Bowling Green, exchanged wedding vows Saturday, May 5, 2012 at All Saints Catholic Church, Rossford. Father Kent Kaufman officiated the 2 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is a daughter of Tim and Jane Cox, Upper Sandusky. The groom is a son of Rex and Amy Lee and Jeff Frank, all of Portage.
The bride wore an A-line gown with a corset closure with an overlapping ruched bodice. The fluted side revealed a gathered tulle inset panel with lace drifting toward the hemline. Embellished lace motifs also decorated the neckline, side skirt and knotted detail. She wore a rhinestone headband with a single-tier veil edged with crystals.
The color scheme of the wedding was orange and pink.
Hilary Dishon, of Blacklick, was the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Allexandra Cox and Amber Cox, sisters of the bride, both of Upper Sandusky; Amy Minnig, Cleveland; Cassidy Hughes, Portage; and Erin Crabtree, Toledo.
Toby Huber, of Bowling Green, was the best man.
Groomsmen were Justin Frank, brother of the groom, Portage; Jesse Curtis and Justin Bauer, both of Bowling Green; and Nick Wlodarczyk, Port Clinton.
Flowers girls were twins Lily and Zoe Hughes, Portage.
Organist Paulette Zatko and vocalist Ann Heban performed during the ceremony. The processional was “Canon in D” by J. Pachelbel and the recessional was “Hornpipe” from Water Music by G.F. Handel.
Danielle Kreais and Daniel Boes, cousins of the bride; and Kristen Wardzala, did readings.
Karen Deutschman, cousin of the groom, registered 230 guests from Michigan, Florida, Pennsylvania and all over Ohio.
A reception was held at the Electrical Industry Banquet Hall in Rossford.
The new Mrs. Frank is a 2006 Upper Sandusky High School graduate and a 2010 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication disorders. She is a paraprofessional at Mercy Autism Services, Maumee.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Bowling Green High School and a graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. He is a mechanical engineer at Middough Inc., Holland.
The couple took a wedding trip to Samara, Costa Rica.
The Franks reside in Bowling Green.
