Wait receives Xavier University scholarship award

CINCINNATI — Alex Wait, of Granger, Ind, has received a presidential scholarship from Xavier University, Cincinnati. A grandson of Upper Sandusky’s Roger and Jane Bowen, Wait will graduate from Penn High School this spring, where he is active in National Honor Society, swimming, service and band. He plans to major in history.
