Living Water Ministries will perform during North Salem Lutheran Church’s ice cream social from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday in the church basement.
The menu will include chicken sandwiches, potato salad, Dietsch’s ice cream and homemade pies. A free-will offering will be taken. The event is open to the public.
Living Water Ministries is a local Christian music group that sings gospel music accompanied by a guitar, banjo, mandolin and bass guitar.
Dan Smith and Stan Howell at one time sang with the former Gloryland Singers in the 1970s. In 2005, they branched off and became Living Water Ministries with Dick Price, Al Berry Jr., Jeff Chaney and Dave Neal.
The group also will be singing at the Wharton Festival on July 21, where its first CD will be available.
