FOREST — A farmers market will be held in the parking lot at Forest-Jackson Public Library during the summer.
The market will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays beginning this weekend.
Vendors are invited to set up a table at a cost of $5 per week. Vendors who attend four consecutive weeks will get a fourth week free.
At least one vendor will accept coupons from the Senior Nutrition Program and Women Infants and Children’s program. New this year is a vendor who will accept debit cards.
The library is located at 102 W. Lima St., Forest.
