She was born at 12:41 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 19.75 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Ken and Cheryl Gelbaugh, of Upper Sandusky. The maternal great-grandparents are John and Marilyn Elgin, of Upper Sandusky. Paternal grandparents are Stephen Scoby, of Fairfield, and Barbara Stammer, of Blanchester.
