Discover Nevada this Saturday

NEVADA — The public is invited to shop locally during Discover Nevada, which will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
There will be a scavenger hunt to businesses. Get a map at Nevada Country Market, which is the starting and ending point. Also, enter into a raffle for a $40 meat bundle.
A pancake breakfast will be served from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at Nevada Lutheran Church, along with recycling from 9-11 a.m. at Nevada United Methodist Church, Guiding Grace Clothing Closet from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and a cookout at Nevada Country Market beginning at 10 a.m. There also will be open houses at area businesses and displays by area vendors.
Community garage sales will be held at next month’s Discover Days on May 19.
