Bluffton U. announces dean’s list Posted on July 23, 2015 0 BLUFFTON — Bluffton University recently announced its dean’s list for the spring semester. Paul Frey, of Kirby, and Justin Mattix, of Upper Sandusky, were named to the list. To be eligible, a student must maintain a 3.6 or higher GPA.
