Zuria Perez Valdez

Jacinta Valdez Figueroa and Rafael Perez Mercado, both of Upper Sandusky, are the parents of a girl, Zuria Perez Valdez. She was born at 12:21 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky. She weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces  and was 19 inches long.
