Elizabeth Ann and Charles Clifford Hoffer are the parents of a boy, Samuel Lee Charles Hoffer. He was born at 10:16 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital.
He weighed 7 pounds, 10.8 ounces and was 20 inches long.
The maternal grandparents are Travis and Joyce Waldie, and Dwayne and Jackie Smith, all of Logan. The paternal grandparents are John and Pam Hoffer, Marion.
