Samuel Arthur Smith

Maria (Hoepf) and Russell Smith, of Upper Sandusky, are the parents of a boy, Samuel Arthur Smith. He was born at 5:50 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013 at Wexner Medical Center at The Ohio State University, Columbus. He weighed 4 pounds and was 17 inches long.
The maternal grandparents are Louis and JeanAnn Hoepf, Carey. The paternal grandparents are Ralph and Sue Smith, Upper Sandusky.
