Karson Evans and Luke Shoemaker, of Upper Sandusky, are parents of a girl, Rilyn Elaine Shoemaker. She was born at 10:52 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky. She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces was 20.25 inches long.
