Penelope Halo Perez

Tosha and Robert Perez, of Bascom, are the parents of a girl, Penelope Halo Perez. She was born at 12:28 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 inches long.
The maternal grandparents are Ralph and Raquel Hernandez, Lima. The paternal grandparents are Todd and Buff Karn, Findlay.
