Lucy Belle Fagan

Rikki and Jordan Fagan, of Forest, are the parents of a girl, Lucy Belle Fagan. She was born at 7:59 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2012.
She weighed 7 pounds, 10.8 ounces and was 21 inches long.
The maternal grandparents are Tina Kennedy, Upper Sandusky; and Tom Washburn, Forest. The paternal grandparents are Jackie Fagan and Jerry Fagan, both of Upper Sandusky.
