Elizabeth Helen Mills

Heather Newman and Ryan Mills, both of Upper Sandusky, are the parents of a girl, Elizabeth Helen Mills. She was born at 3:16 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and was 19 inches long.
The maternal grandparents are Ed and Kim Newman, Upper Sandusky; and Douglas and Eileen Walton, Sycamore. The paternal grandparents are Joyce Mills, Grove City; and Gary and Becky Mills, Marion.
