Carter Edward Rall

Kara Webster and Josh Rall, both of Upper Sandusky, are the parents of a boy, Carter Edward Rall. He was born at 6:55 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 21 inches long.
The maternal grandparents are Teresa Vanderpool and Ron Vanderpool, both of Forest. The paternal grandparents are Charles E. Rall and Jill A. Rall, both of Upper Sandusky.
