Gottfrieds celebrate 62 years of marriage

James and Arleen Gottfried

James and Arleen Gottfried, of Upper Sandusky, recently celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary.
Mr. Gottfried is a son of the late Edwin and Grace (Newell) Gottfried. Mrs. Gottfried is a daughter of the late John and Gladys Christianson.
They were married May 17, 1950 in Upper Sandusky.
The Gottfrieds are the parents of Dennis Gottfried, Rick and June Gottfried, Robert and Jeanette Gottfried, Scott and Virginia Gottfried and Ken Gottfried, all of Upper Sandusky. They also have 15 grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
