Upper Sandusky city employees clear snow from downtown streets before daybreak today. Wyandot County entered a Level 2 snow emergency at 6:20 a.m., according to Sheriff Mike Hetzel. Roads were snow-covered and slick after most of Ohio was slammed with another heavy snowfall overnight, closing dozens of schools and creating extremely hazardous driving conditions, the Associated Press says. Officials were advising people to stay off the roads if possible this morning, as 4 to 7 inches of new snow fell across most of the state.
