I grew up in , attended and graduated from USHS in 1957. I loved my school experiences during those years in little Wyandot County and have taught in Large and Small school districts in several states, most recently in Florida. Over the years the face of education in this country has changed not always for the best. Thank you so much for sharing this story of a
fantastic teacher whose last name is the same as my maiden name. Her ideas and initiative in learning, finding, and implementing those new ideas and educational practices available
to all teachers is to be applauded. Congratulations to your staff for the wonderful, informative article. It takes a community to educate children. Mr.McClure’s choice to read about Ping was a great one. I read that to my first graders years ago!!!!!!
