4-H livestock tagging scheduled for Saturday

Tagging and weigh-in for animals of 4-H members taking dairy or beef feeder calf, market goat and market lamb, if they will participate in rate of gain, will be held from 8-11 a.m. Saturday at the Wyandot County Fairgrounds.
First vaccinations will be administered to feeder calves for $6 per calf, according to a press release from Ohio State University Extension.
New this year, the maximum weight for dairy and beef feeder calves is 650 pounds. All feeder calves will be weighed during check-in at the Wyandot County Fair on Sept. 9, the release said.
